Job Description

Konecranes Information Technology organization secures sustainable growth and operational excellence through IT innovation and data insights. The service portfolio is wide; ranging from IT services provided to enable Konecranes business processes, through Helpdesk, to business intelligence and analytics identifying new business opportunities.

Global ERP services provide an integrated view of core business processes in real-time for all units using the SAP system.

We are seeking a Trainee SAP Security and S4 HANA Security Specialist who is eager to learn and develop skills in designing, implementing, and managing security roles and authorizations within the SAP S4 HANA environment. As a Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in ensuring secure and compliant access management while safeguarding business-critical data and processes across our SAP landscape.

KPI:

1. Resolution of Tickets within agreed SLAs
2. Achieving TAT as per predefined target
3. Keeping ageing tickets in control
4. Authorization Project work/ SAP Security Support/ S4 Hana
5. Daily Documentation tasks

Role and Responsibility:

• Exhibit Konecranes Core values and code of conduct into each action.
• Understand and handle incident management process in a support environment for large number of users.
• Working with SAP System, user maintenance and authorization concepts.
• Ability to troubleshoot end user's authorization issue and resolving as per expectation and if needed take help from peers.
• Ensure ability to work for SLA based service delivery.
• Monitoring the SAP Systems daily and IDOC of various interfaces.
• Develop healthy professional customer relationship.
• Ensure the KPIs like SLA, TAT, Ageing, Quality Audits etc. are achieved based on management’s expectations and guidance.
• Align and realign actions based on customers’ feedback, inputs from management.
• Prepare reports based on supervisor’s expectations.
• Deliver any other tasks as per supervisor’s instructions and guidance.
• Be flexible for shifts / on call support based on business needs and be customer eccentric.
• Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 Standards

The role is based in our office in SP Infocity, Pune – but it goes without saying that the remote & hybrid working is a part of our modern ways of working.

Competencies and Skills Required:

IT skills

• Good to have basic understanding of SAP ERP
• Good to have working experience on SAP system as End-User
• Either SAP Certification OR working experience on SAP system as End-User is preferable

General skills

• Basic understanding about Computers and IT Systems
• Knowledge on AI/ML
• Knowledge on Cross Functional modules of SAP
• Knowledge about ITIL and ITSM tool(s) is preferred
• Analytical and problem-solving techniques
• Good English Communication skills – Verbal, Written
• Team player
• Customer service-oriented approach to ensure SAP end-user satisfaction.
• Willing to work in shifts when necessary.
• Fluent written and spoken English language skills are required, as working language is fully English.

Qualifications

Education Required:  Bachelors or Master’s Degree in relevant field.

Professional Experience Required (Max – Min.): 0 - 1 years of SAP experience
