Tasks

What will you do?

We are looking for a skilled Cloud Security Consultant to join our Cloud Security team. The ideal candidate has a previous knowledge in Azure or Microsoft 365 cloud services, with a particular focus on security. This role involves assessing the security posture of multi-tenant and multi-cloud environments, as well as supporting the improvement of that security posture.

As part of a team of security consultants and engineers, you will collaborate closely with other colleagues and stakeholders from our customers to understand their business and technical requirements, and develop tailored cloud security solutions for them.

Responsibilities

• Conducting in-depth security assessments and providing recommendations for configuring clients' cloud platforms adhering to industry best practices such as CIS Benchmarks, the Microsoft Cloud Security benchmark, and Well Architected Framework. This includes evaluating and configuring IAM solutions, cloud infrastructure and native services, security monitoring, and data protection mechanisms.
• Assisting clients in leveraging cloud integrated analysis and reporting solutions to identify enable proactive threat detection, response automation, and compliance management. For example: Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Microsoft Sentinel, or other similar technologies.
• Supporting clients with the configuration and delivery of cloud security reports.
• Implementing industry-leading practices for Azure and/or M365 ensuring robust cloud security solutions for clients.
• Support in the designing and implementation of cloud security features such as:
  -Identity and Access Management with Entra ID
  -Cloud Security Posture Management with Defender for Cloud
  -Endpoint Management with Intune
  -Endpoint Security with Defender for Endpoint
  -Collaboration platform security with Defender for Office 365
  -Data Protection with Microsoft Purview

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in IT security specific to Azure or M365 cloud environments.
• Proven expertise with Azure or M365 cloud services, including Entra ID, Microsoft Sentinel, and Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Cloud Apps, Defender for Identity and/or Purview.
• Knowledge of security logging and monitoring solutions, and the ability to integrate and interpret logs from diverse sources.
• Experience with cloud security best practices.
• Strong communication, documentation and reporting skills.
• Relevant cloud certifications. For example: AZ-104, SC-200, SC-300, SC-400, SC-401, or AZ-500.
• You are eligible for NATO CLEARANCE

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology, or related studies.
  Consulting experience
• Other vendor-agnostic cybersecurity certifications. E.g. SSCP, CompTIA Security+, etc.
• Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, and Bash.
