About the Position: Responsible for creating and shaping new service offerings based on both market trends and the technical capabilities of the organization. This individual will bridge the gap between technical, sales and marketing teams, ensuring that the security solutions offered are market-driven, technically feasible, and aligned with customer requirements. 

Responsibilities

·      Work closely with the technical teams to understand their capabilities and incorporate them into the service offerings. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure proper communication of new offerings to potential customers.

·      Design and develop new managed security service offerings that align with both customer needs and market trends, leveraging internal technical expertise and external vendor technologies.

·      Design and build a comprehensive portfolio of security advisory services, including but not limited to risk assessments, security strategy development, compliance consulting, and threat management.

·      Maintain strong relationships with key technology vendors, ensuring the company is always aware of the latest trends, products, and solutions available in the security space and incorporate their capabilities into the advisory services, where necessary.

·      Continuously analyze the security landscape to understand emerging threats, new technologies, and opportunities to build innovative solutions that address customer pain points.

·      Engage with customers to gather insights into their needs and challenges, using this feedback to shape the development of new service offerings.

·      Assist in the creation of proposals and presentations for security solutions, ensuring that the service offerings are articulated and aligned with customer needs.

·      Ensure that the service offerings remain competitive, effective, and aligned with the company’s business goals by tracking their performance and gathering feedback.

·      Collaborate with the technical and sales teams to ensure that advisory services are supported by the necessary expertise and effectively communicated to potential customers.

·      Continuously refine the managed and advisory security service offerings based on customer feedback, industry changes, and new opportunities.

Requirements

·      A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering and Information Systems or related - A must

·      A focus or major in IT Security being highly desirable

·      At least 5 years of strong hands-on experience in IT Security with at least 2 years in technical solutions and presales - A must

·      Must have working experience in an MSS or be familiar with the operation of a Security Operation Center (SOC)

·      Must have working technical knowledge of security technologies (across multiple domains such as Firewall, Network IPS, SIEM, DLP, Cloud Security, etc.), information security concepts and familiar with security products (Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Cisco, IBM, Splunk etc.) and the security market place.

·      Experience in preparing technical architecture blueprint and responding to large scale complex RFP is highly desirable

·      Professional security related qualifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, GIAC or equivalent are highly desirable

·      Working knowledge and familiarity with Security consulting services (e.g. penetration testing, PCI audit, NIST CSF security assessment) is highly desirable

·      Working knowledge and familiarity with Virtualization and Cloud technology is desirable

·      Broad experience and understanding of regulatory framework and guidelines in the region is highly desirable

·      Broad experience and understanding of industry standards, framework and best practices such as ISO27001, PCI DSS, NIST, etc. is highly desirable

·      Broad experience and understanding of security trends, threat landscape and framework such as the cyber kill-chain, MITRE ATT&CK etc.

·      Excellent oral and written communication skills
