In this role, you will take the lead in selecting, scoping, planning, and executing pre, post, and during-event presence at various trade shows and corporate events. As a vital member of the marketing growth team we're seeking a self-directed, highly organized individual with an eye for the unexpected and a track record of successfully orchestrating large-scale, complex events.

Responsibilities
As an Experiential Events Manager, Your impact will be:
- Develop and execute comprehensive event strategies for SKOs, QBRs, global trade shows, small and large scale conferences, and company-hosted events.
- Plan, organize, and manage end-to-end event logistics, including budgeting, vendor coordination, on-site production and execution, and post-event follow-up.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging, measurable results, and pre- and post-event engagement with target accounts.
- Leverage cutting-edge technology, creative storytelling, and data-driven insights to create memorable industry moments and enhance audience engagement.
- Ensure booth design, collateral, and digital assets deliver a cohesive brand presence and resonate with attendees.
- Utilize exceptional project management skills to deliver events that align with the overall marketing strategy.
- Drive success metrics, analyze performance data, and provide actionable insights to optimize future events and ensure ROI aligns with financial goals.
Requirements
Qualifications
- 5 + years of event management experience, preferably within the cybersecurity, cloud, or data industries, with a proven track record of executing large-scale events that drive measurable business impact.
- Expertise in B2B buyer journeys, lead generation, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for events.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Creative, adaptable, and detail-oriented with a passion for delivering outstanding attendee experiences.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Proactive and creative approach to problem-solving in high-pressure situations.
- Willingness to travel as up to 20%

Expected compensation for the role is between $110,000 - $125,000. This is a good faith estimate but does not include equity, bonus, or other forms of payment. Pay will be by experience level, but those outside the salary band are welcome to apply.
