Pure Storage’s Research and Development (R&D) Center in Prague has 650+ employees focused on cutting-edge innovation. The team plays a vital role in driving solutions for the as-a-service economy, tackling challenges like the surge in unstructured data and growing security threats like ransomware.

The Global Information Security Office (GISO) at Pure is seeking an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst to manage our IAM systems and processes, perform problem management, access reviews and analytics. This role is critical in ensuring secure access to corporate resources, enhancing authentication mechanisms, and maintaining compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.

What you’ll be doing:

• Collect key performance indicators and related operational metrics, and track SLAs used to validate success as well as future areas of improvement.
• Evaluate, test, administer identity solutions related to Privileged Access Management (PAM), IGA, Secrets Management, PKI
• Execute tactical requests and support the strategic vision for rigorous and scalable IAM controls.
• Assess and resolve IAM issues that occur across the employee base, as well as with external entities; perform problem management for IAM solutions.
• Implement identity controls and settings that align with policies and governance structure.
• Oversee continuous access reviews, role-based access control (RBAC) implementations, and other processes related to identity lifecycle management.
• Make recommendations for improvements in automation efficiencies, security practices and end-user experience.
• Maintain understanding of business processes to aid in managing enterprise identity and access. 
• Frequently interact with business units to understand their plans, risk posture and tolerance, and how IAM supports their vision and business obligations with security in mind.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...

• 3-5+ years of cybersecurity or information technology practitioner experience.
• Experience administering IAM systems, access controls, security and risk management, and security governance fundamentals.
• Familiarity with administering directory services, Windows and Azure AD, SSO, MFA and role-based access control (RBAC).
• Preferable experience with one or more scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash).
• Track record acting with integrity, taking pride in work, seeking to excel, and being curious and flexible. 
• Strong written and oral communication skills across varying levels of the organization.
• Understanding of service design, delivery concepts and control frameworks.
• Security certifications such as CISSP, GSEC, GISF, GISP are preferable, but not required.
• We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Prague, Czech Republic office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. 

This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
