Description
- Managing approximately 10+ security platform systems consisting of access controls (Genetec), alarms (DMP panels), cameras, Security Information Management Systems (SIMS) databases, Foreign Travel, clearance reporting on share point, picture badging system, fingerprint systems, to include any new systems and software.
- Responsible for maintenance, software updates, firmware updates, administrative and project management of vendors involved with each system.
- Responsible for coordinating with vendors for new site builds and quotes (New or expanding locations), modifications, enhancing physical security, monitoring and oversight of vendor work.
- Closely coordinated requirements that include: Site survey to align base line requirements with project work, cost and timeline estimate/coordination and scope of work review with vendor, Plan of Action and Milestone (POAM) management of ongoing projects.
- Imputing and obtaining PO, and track/restrict projects for cost overruns.
- Validate requests against requirements and project needs and manage change requests to statement of work.
- Coordinating closely with Sr. Corporate Security Manager of all budgetary requirements related to maintenance, new builds, repairs/replacement of equipment.
- Responsible for the design, implementation, and support of integrated security and access control solutions. This role requires expertise in networking, programming, and configuring low-voltage security systems, ensuring seamless integration across multiple platforms.
- Reading basic blueprints, schematics, manuals, and other specifications to determine installation procedures; Interprets manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams

Requirements
- US Citizenship AND a current SECRET security clearance eligibility with ability to obtain/maintain a SECRET security clearance
- Minimum two-year technical degree and two or more years work related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with implementing physical security requirements per the NISPOM to include buildouts of Open Storage Areas
- Ability to climb ladders or utilize a lift and perform installation functions
Desired Skills
- Experience in security system integration
- Strong knowledge of access control [Installation and programming], CCTV / Surveillance [COAX / IP], Intrusion Alarm, Network [TELECOM / DATA], and fire alarm systems
- Experience with platforms such as Genetec, Avigilon, Lenel, AMAG, Brivo, Honeywell, etc.
- Networking & IT skills (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, PoE, server configurations)
- Programming and scripting experience (preferred but not required)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and system diagrams
- Genetec certifications
Clearance Information
SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AND ELIGIBILITY FOR A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL
Travel Requirements
- Approximately 25-30% CONUS travel for site visits, maintenance/repair, new builds, site assessments or other projects
