As an Information Security Compliance Senior Specialist (f/m/d), you will play a key role in ensuring adherence to data protection regulations, identifying and mitigating security risks, and enhancing compliance frameworks.

Your expertise will help shape policies, procedures, and best practices to safeguard corporate infrastructure and applications effectively.

 

  • Identify, assess, and manage privacy and data protection risks across products and services
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address security and compliance gaps
  • Support leadership in developing and implementing privacy, compliance, and risk management strategies
  • Provide guidance on the implementation of policies, procedures, and standards for data protection
  • Stay up to date with evolving industry regulations and security/privacy frameworks
  • Research and analyze current regulatory requirements to ensure ongoing compliance
  • Continuously improve and optimize processes, templates, and risk management approaches
  • Assist leadership in defining and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Support internal and external audits, including follow-up activities

 

What You’ll Bring:

  • 7+ years of experience in compliance, data protection, and privacy regulations
  • Strong analytical skills in working with information systems and third-party risk assessments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (German is a plus)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently
  • Deep understanding of information systems architecture and security frameworks
  • Expertise in regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, CCPA, and security standards like ISO 27001, CSA STAR
  • Security and privacy certifications such as CISA, CIPP/E, or CIPT (mandatory)
  • A university degree in Computer Science or a related field is a plus
