Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Identity and Access Engineer with knowledge and skills in Implementing and managing IAM solutions, ensuring secure access to systems and data,and conducting regular access reviews. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and leveraging advanced analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Identity and Access Management (IAM)Implement and manage IAM solutions with authentication, authorization, and role-based access control.• Deploy and configure SSO, MFA, and PAM across enterprise environments.• Integrate IAM with Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, CyberArk, and Ping Identity.• Automate identity lifecycle management using Python, PowerShell, and API-based integrations.• Conduct access reviews, audits, and ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, and GDPR.• Implement identity threat detection and behavioural analytics to prevent unauthorized access.
• Mobile Device Management (MDM)Manage MDM solutions, including Microsoft Intune and VMware Workspace ONE.• Enforce security policies for device enrolment, application whitelisting, and conditional access.• Secure mobile endpoints through compliance policies, encryption, and remote wipe capabilities.• Monitor and mitigate mobile security threats through risk-based authentication and telemetry.• Integrate MDM with IAM for seamless authentication and access provisioning.• Conduct security assessments and vulnerability scans for endpoint security.
• Migration ConsiderationsPlan and execute IAM and MDM migration strategies for cloud and on-premise environments.• Ensure secure data access, identity federation, and role mapping during transitions.• Enforce security controls, including MFA and adaptive authentication.• Conduct post-migration IAM audits and security hardening.

• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Accuracy in access control and authentication.• Reduction in unauthorized access incidents.• Efficient identity and device lifecycle management.
• Offshore & International ConsiderationsStandardize IAM and MDM policies across global locations.• Ensure compliance with regional regulations.• Conduct periodic reviews to align with evolving threats and policies.
• Compliance & GovernanceAdhere to QHSE, Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, and Risk Management policies.• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, and GDPR.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Security, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IAM and MDM.
• Technical Skills
• Experience with IAM tools such as CyberArk, Okta, Ping Identity, and Azure AD.
• Strong understanding of authentication protocols like OAuth, SAML, and OpenID Connect.
• Proficiency in automation using Python, PowerShell, and API integrations.
• Expertise in MDM platforms like Microsoft Intune and VMware Workspace ONE.
• Strong knowledge of access governance, security policies, and identity risk assessments.
