Salesforce Platform and Security Engineer

We are looking for a Salesforce Platform and Security Engineer to join our Enterprise Technology Team, ensuring our Salesforce environment remains secure, scalable, and compliant while enabling business teams to operate efficiently.

The ideal candidate is passionate about Salesforce security, governance, and best practices. They have a security-first mindset and stay ahead of Salesforce releases and evolving security threats. This role will work closely with security, compliance, and auditing teams to drive secure implementations, monitoring, and continuous improvement of our Salesforce platform.

This role is based in our Warsaw office with an office-centric hybrid schedule - in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. 

We offer a Contract of Employment (UoP) for our employees in Poland.

What you’ll achieve:

• Partner with security, compliance, and auditing teams to ensure our Salesforce security architecture aligns with enterprise security standards.
• Implement and enforce Salesforce security controls, including profiles, permission sets, role hierarchies, and external sharing models.
• Design and manage secure internal and external access models for Salesforce Experience Cloud, Partner Community, and integrations.
• Monitor, assess, and mitigate security risks, ensuring compliance with GDPR, CCPA, SOC 2, and ISO 27001.
• Define and drive security-first development standards, ensuring all Salesforce implementations follow best practices.
• Implement and optimize Salesforce Shield, Event Monitoring, and encryption to enhance data security.
• Develop security automation and monitoring frameworks, integrating Salesforce with SIEM tools for real-time visibility.
• Conduct security and code reviews to ensure secure Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and API integrations.
• Stay ahead of Salesforce releases, security enhancements, and industry trends, applying relevant updates to maintain compliance.
• Educate internal teams on Salesforce security principles and best practices.

About you:

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce platform security, architecture, and governance.
• Deep understanding of the Salesforce Security Model, including Sharing & Visibility, Internal vs. External Access, Profiles, Permission Sets, and Field-Level Security.
• Strong knowledge of secure Apex development, LWC, API security, and OAuth authentication.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with SSO (Single Sign-On), MFA, and enterprise security solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Shield, Event Monitoring, OAuth, SAML, and Identity & Access Management (IAM).
• Experience with audit processes, risk assessments, and penetration testing in Salesforce environments.
• Ability to translate security requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Works in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple competing priorities with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Salesforce Certified Sharing & Visibility Architect and Security & Privacy Specialist (preferred but not required).

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between 19,417 PLN - 24,750k PLN gross monthly on the contract of employment (UoP). The actual base salary will vary based on various factors and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base compensation range for this role may be modified.

Our total compensation consists of base salary and equity (RSUs).
