Overview
As part of PepsiCo’s Global Employee Communications Center of Excellence (COE), the Global Employee Communications Associate Manager will be responsible for developing global tools to enable centralized communications planning and execution, while supporting key North America site communications. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and strategist with experience in internal communications, content creation, and engagement measurement.
Responsibilities
- Create global tools to lead centralized comms planning across the regions for storytelling and enterprise communications efforts around key business moments – The PepsiCo Way, pep+, Next Big Idea, Chairman’s awards, employer of choice awards, Superbowl, corporate reputation and rebrand activities, etc.
- North America support/leadership support
- Execute and manage integrated North America site communications plan – Purchase, N.Y., Plano, Texas, Chicago – in partnership with on-site and Real Estate teams; deliver scalable ideas for other global sites
- Develop North America storytelling content for inclusion at global level across key channels tied to content and channel strategy, as well as team story curation and creation of engagement elements
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of employee communication strategies specific to transformation and change, using metrics such as employee feedback, intranet engagement, and post-event surveys
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $89,000 - $149,000
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in English, Communications, Journalism or related field
- 6-8 years of professional communications experience, including internal communications, employee engagement, and measurement
- World-class communications skills, with the ability to translate messages to all levels of the organization
- Ability to work, network and communicate effectively at all levels within the organization
- Passion for sharing best practices and insights to support all global and market teammates
- Highly responsive, flexible and agile thinker, with effective collaboration skills
- Creative thinker who’s not afraid to bring new ideas to the table
- Able to learn complex subjects and distill them into messages that resonate with internal audiences
- Motivated self-starter with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and make decisions independently
- Familiarity with measuring communication effectiveness through analytics and feedback mechanisms
- Willing to travel occasionally
