Infrastructure Architect (Networks, Azure Storage & PAM)

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Architect to design, implement, and oversee enterprise-level infrastructure solutions with a focus on Networking, Azure Storage, Identity and Privileged Access Management (PAM). The candidate will be responsible for ensuring scalability, security, and reliability across cloud and on-premises environments while aligning with business needs and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Network Architecture & Security:
  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance networking solutions.
  • Define and manage network policies, firewalls, and segmentation strategies.
  • Optimize hybrid connectivity between on-premises and cloud environments.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.).
• Azure Storage Architecture:
  • Design and implement highly available, scalable, and resilient Azure storage solutions (Blob, File, Queue, Table, and Disk storage).
  • Optimize storage performance, cost, and security with best practices.
  • Implement backup, replication, and disaster recovery strategies.
  • Ensure encryption, access controls, and data governance compliance.
• Privileged Access Management (PAM):
  • Define and implement PAM strategies using tools such as CyberArk, Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), or BeyondTrust.
  • Secure privileged identities and enforce just-in-time (JIT) and least privilege access policies.
  • Monitor and audit privileged access activities for compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Collaborate with security teams to enforce identity governance policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Certifications in Azure (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Network Engineer Associate), Networking (e.g., CCNP, CCIE), or Security (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus.

Essential skills

• Strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM), RBAC, and Zero Trust Architecture.
• Familiarity with security frameworks such as CIS, NIST, ISO 27001.
• Proficiency in cloud networking (Azure Virtual Networks, ExpressRoute, Peering, NSGs, ASGs, etc.).
• Expertise in designing and implementing enterprise network architectures (SD-WAN, VPNs, Load Balancers, Firewalls).
• Public cloud experience (e.g. Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Strong experience in Azure Storage Services (Blob, Files, Disk, Backup, and security best practices).

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture, network engineering, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with PAM solutions such as CyberArk, Microsoft Entra ID PIM, BeyondTrust, or similar.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
