Job Description & Summary

• Strong experience in audit of general banking and operations and risk management, namely non-financial risk
• Excellent communication and MS Office skills
• Team & people management experience would be highly preferred.
• Strong inclination towards the BFSI sector.

Responsibilities:
 

• Closely supervise audit/risk management execution teams, communicate effectively with partners and clients.
• Review the quality of work to be delivered and provide feedback to the team wherever applicable.
• Develop & maintain stakeholder & client relationships.
• Effectively assist on multiple financial services engagements parallelly in the risk consulting space, as necessary.
• Act as mentor to the staff and assist with recruiting and retention.
• Identify opportunities for new and/or extended client services within financial services industry and within existing clients.
• Closely monitor the overall quality and timeliness of project deliverables.
• Managing the project economics through on-going review and communication with the client and internally.
• Acting as a subject matter expert for the area of execution as mandated by the client for the given scope of work.

Mandatory Skill Sets:

• Strong experience in audit of general banking and operations

Preferred Skill Sets:

• Good communication and MS Office skills

Years of Experience:

• 6-10 years of experience

Education Qualification:

•  CA/MBA from a reputed firm (preferably in Finance)
