Your Career

担当営業と連携し、担当顧客のセキュリティ課題や問題解決に向けた総合的な提案を行います。テクニカルアドバイザーとして顧客との強固な信頼関係を構築し、営業活動をサポート・リードします。アーキテクトとして、幅広い製品ポートフォリオを理解し、デモや評価を実施し、さまざまな製品を組み合わせてソリューションを作成します。本社の開発部門に製品開発や改善に関する知見を提供し、技術優位性の維持に貢献します。

Your Impact

• アカウントマネージャーやパートナーと連携し、継続的なハイタッチ提案活動を通じて、潜在的および既存の顧客との信頼されるアドバイザーとしての地位を確立します。

• 潜在的および既存の顧客から問題を聞き出して特定し、具体的な原因を特定した上で最適なロードマップを展開することで、実現可能なソリューションを提案します。

• 幅広い製品群を考慮し、ソリューション全体を最適化する提案を作成し、中長期的なネットワークセキュリティ計画の実現に取り組みます。

• 潜在的および既存の顧客のサイバーセキュリティの課題を解決するための効果的なソリューションを開発し、提案を行います。

• 当社製品が対象とする技術（セキュリティ、ネットワーク、データセンター、SDN、パブリッククラウドなど）において技術的リーダーシップを維持するために、継続的に自己学習します。

• 業界動向や競合企業の情報収集を通じて当社製品の優位性を理解し、効果的な差別化提案を可能にします。

Qualifications

[必須（MUST）]

• セキュリティ製品、またはITインフラ全般（ネットワーク・エンドポイント・クラウド）に関する技術的プリセールス、またはソリューション提案の経験

• 大企業（エンタープライズ）向けに、直接提案活動をした経験（他セクターでも可）

• 特定の技術領域（ネットワーク、クラウド、エンドポイント等）に関する深い技術的な知見

• 顧客の意図を正しく理解し、論理的な提案を可能にする強力なコミュニケーションスキル

• 新しい技術や製品に対して積極的にキャッチアップし、自ら学ぶ姿勢を持っていること

• 日本語能力（流暢またはネイティブレベル、日本語能力試験レベル1）

• 大規模プロジェクトの管理または主導の経験

• CIOおよびCXOへの提案経験

• SIerやユーザ企業等の製品ベンダーとは異なる立場での業務経験

• セキュリティに関する資格保有（CISSP, CISA, CompTIA Security+, AWS Certified Securityなど）

• ビジネスレベルの英語力
