What You’ll Get to Do:

Supervisory Team Lead- CSOC: The Supervisory Team Lead will meet the requirements per the Statement of Work as required. The Team Lead position will be responsible for the full spectrum of duties as a course instructor in addition to the supervisory responsibilities (collateral duty). The Team Lead must have experience as a JCITA Countersurveillance/Surveillance Detection Instructor or be a graduate of one of the following: ICITA CI Surveillance Course (CSC), JCITA Countersurveillance Surveillance Detection Course (CSSDC), Advanced Foreign Counterintelligence Training Course (AFCITC), or an Intelligence Community, Federal or State Law Enforcement school equivalent. The Team Lead must have a minimum of seven (7) years' experience conducting surveillance and countersurveillance. The Senior-Level SME shall be able to sit and stand for up to four (4) hours at one time and be able to walk for up to seven (7)miles in one day.
More About the Role:

The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing the training and development of counterintelligence instructors within the section. This role involves providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure the effective delivery of counterintelligence training programs. The Supervisor works closely with JCITA Section Chief and Course Chairs to develop curriculum, assess training needs, and enhance instructional methodologies to meet organizational objectives. Other qualifications: Extensive experience in counterintelligence operations, with a strong understanding of intelligence methodologies, tradecraft, and techniques. Prior experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or training delivery, preferably in a law enforcement, military, or intelligence agency setting. Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the supervision and development of personnel. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$77,200 - $162,200
