POSITION OVERVIEW

FNF is seeking an Information Security Analyst to join its Information Security Office (ISO). This position will be reporting to the Access Control Manager and will be responsible for overseeing access controls, policies, and procedures related to user identity and access within our organization, including managing access certifications in SailPoint Identity IQ. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of IAM principles and regulations, along with experience working with SailPoint Identity IQ to manage access certifications and access review processes.

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Governance Framework Development - Develop and maintain governance frameworks, policies, and procedures for IAM aligned with industry standards and organizational requirements.
  • Access Control Oversight - Monitor access controls across systems and applications to ensure compliance with IAM policies and standards.
  • Policy Enforcement - Implement and enforce IAM policies and procedures to maintain consistency and compliance throughout the organization.
  • Risk Assessment and Mitigation - Conduct risk assessments of IAM processes and recommend controls to minimize security risks.
  • Access Certifications - Manage access certifications in SailPoint Identity IQ, including scheduling, conducting access reviews, and ensuring timely completion of certifications.
  • Compliance Reporting - Generate reports and metrics on IAM governance activities, compliance status, access certifications, and audit findings.
  • Vendor and Technology Evaluation - Evaluate IAM solutions and technologies to support governance objectives.
  • Training and Awareness - Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on IAM governance principles and best practices.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field OR the equivalent combination of education, training and work experience.
  • Requires 3+ years working with IAM technologies and tools, particularly SailPoint Identity IQ.
  • Proven experience in IAM governance.
  • Experience with IT Audit.

This position has the potential to earn compensation in the range of $85,000 - $105,000 annually based on location and job-related factors such as skillset and experience. Actual rate may vary within the range provided, depending on a number of factors, including skillset, experience and location.  The base compensation is one component of the total rewards package offered to our employees, including optional health and welfare insurance (medical/dental/vision/life/disability); paid holidays, vacation, and sick time off; and matching 401(k) plan and matching employee stock purchase plan.
