In this role you will gain exposure to three core areas: Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) & Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance (ESG), Information Governance, and Technical/IT Audit.
What you'll do
- Providing support to the ARC team with governance and project administration for the ARC program including:
- Management and monitoring of ARC projects
- Management and monitoring of governance controls
- Document library management and maintenance of standards, policies and procedures
- Assist in carrying out Enterprise Risk management processes, policy and process updates and reviews, control monitoring, regular collection of material risk data for oversight reporting
- Supporting ARC in the delivery of sustainability governance and regular reporting of ESG related risks
- Supporting the Information Governance program
- Liaising with subject matter experts throughout the business along with external stakeholders
- Assisting in the control evaluation for external technical audits
- Monitoring vulnerabilities within the organisation for various certification programs
What you'll bring
- Basic understanding of Risk management, Environmental, Social, Governance and UN sustainability goals
- Proficiency with using MS Office suite and knowledge of communication tools such as Zoom, Slack, LinkedIn, Intranet
- Strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and problem solve, with good attention to detail
- Ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced environment with changing and competing priorities
- Ability to manage and prioritize objectives with overlapping time constraints
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- A degree/experience in one of the following areas: IT/technical audit, risk management, accounting, corporate governance and compliance, project management, business administration
