About the Role

As the Security Analytics Lead, you will be at the forefront of transforming data into actionable intelligence. This role involves leading a team dedicated to analyzing security data, identifying trends, and predicting potential security incidents before they occur. You will work closely with stakeholders to define metrics and develop security models that enhance the company’s threat detection capabilities.

Your expertise in data analytics and security monitoring will be essential in crafting strategies that minimize risk, optimize response mechanisms, and improve overall security posture. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, experience with a wide range of security tools, and the ability to convey complex analytics findings in an easily digestible manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in security analytics or a related field
• Expertise in security information and event management (SIEM) tools
• Strong background in data analysis, data visualization, and reporting
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001)
• Experience leading and developing a team of security analysts
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present findings to diverse audiences
