(Cyber Operations Support) Cyber Sec Analyst Sr Adv (TS/SCI with Poly Required)

GCI is looking for an expert-level Cyber Operations Support specialist to work to a variety of cyber security projects for a key mission area. The successful candidate will be a critical part of the team, both working on project teams and leading key portions that will drive the success of overarching program goals. Collaboration experience is necessary in order to meet project requirements by working with dispersed teams and experts of differing technical understanding.

At GCI, we solve the hard problems. As a Cyber Operations Support Specialist, a typical day will include the following duties:

Tasks:
Create custom scripts using applications to automate tasks
Use a variety of resources to identify patterns and automate pattern-recognition
Perform network analysis
Organize large, unique datasets for use by analysts

Requirements:
Experience working under minimal supervision using best professional judgement to lead projects
Demonstrated experience with network analysis
Working knowledge of telecommunications networks
Demonstrated experience managing large-scale technical projects
Knowledge of specialized tools and how they can be used in your projects

Key Skills: 

Experience with identifying vulnerabilities in computer systems or specific hardware or software.

Experience with industry standards regarding design, construction, and configuration, and configuration of global telecommunications networks.

Desired Skills:
Specialized experience with the sponsor

Education Requirement

• BA/BS (or equivalent experience)
