As the Physical Security Analyst you will be responsible for evaluating existing physical security measures to safeguard TE employees, assets, productivity, and reputation. This role requires an understanding of security protocols, physical security risk assessment methodologies, and emerging threats.

Your main responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments of existing physical security systems, procedures, and protocols. Applies expertise to resolve security related issues where analysis of situations or data requires in-depth evaluation of variable factors.  
• Utilizing existing physical security metrics, provide measurable input to the department to meet objectives and goals in support of department strategies.  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to check and correct site physical security plans and procedures to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems.  
• Monitor and analyze security incidents, trends, and patterns to identify potential threats and weaknesses using existing tools and resources. Make recommendations to determine the best course of action to meet goals and objectives. 
• Stay informed about the latest developments in physical security technology, trends, and methodologies and provide guidance to Director, Enterprise Security on innovative technology solutions. 
• Provide training and awareness programs to educate employees on security protocols and emergency response procedures. 

What your background should look like:

• Bachelor’s degree Security Management, Criminal Justice or related field.  
• Proficiency in conducting risk assessments, threat analyses, and physical security audits. 
• Knowledge of security principles, practices, and regulations. 
• Experience with security technologies such as access control systems, video surveillance, and intrusion detection systems. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills utilizing a data-based approach. 
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
