About the role

The Cloud Security Engineer I provides Security L1/L2/L3/Engineering support for Identity, Network, App Security, Email Security based on Microsoft, Zscaler, Cisco and other ISV Tools following the cloud security model that provides organizations with a range of security solutions and services. This service model is designed to help organizations protect their networks, systems, and data from a variety of security threats, such as cyberattacks, data breaches, and unauthorized access.

As a Cloud Security Engineer I, you will get to:

• Provide first-level support for IAM and PAM systems including password reset, account unlock, and access group requests.
• Verify group ownership and assisting users with group membership.
• Investigate visibility issues on KEDS and address manager change issues for Kenvue partners.
• Set up MFA for users, configure and manage PingID authentication devices.
• Troubleshoot SSO issues and address access problems in various services.
• Manage account lockout issues and investigating AD-related incidents.
• Assist users with password resets and account setup.
• Handle user data modifications and export relevant information

What we’re looking for

• Education: B.E/B.Tech/Graduate
• Minimum 2 years’ experience
• Skills: Identity and Access Management (IAM), Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution Active Directory (AD) Administration, Single Sign-On (SSO) Configuration, PingID, BeyondTrust (Avecto, Password Safe, Privilege Remote Access), Centrify (Server Suit), PKI (Sectigo), Communication and Collaboration, Incident Management
