Security Specialist - Solutions and Architecture| Thane

• This role revolves around designing, implementing, and optimizing comprehensive security architectures that safeguard sensitive data, protect critical assets, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Leveraging a strategic approach, the Specialist needs to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze existing infrastructures, identify vulnerabilities, and develop tailored security strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Lead the design and implementation of cybersecurity solutions and architectures to protect organizational systems, networks, and data
• Collaborate on Security Projects: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, engineering, and compliance, to understand business requirements, assess security risks, and develop tailored security solutions that meet both technical and business needs.
• Conduct Security Assessments: Perform thorough assessments of existing security architectures, identify vulnerabilities, and recommend remediation strategies to enhance our overall security posture.
• Stay Abreast of Emerging Threats: Stay informed about the latest cybersecurity trends, vulnerabilities, and attack techniques, and proactively assess their potential impact on our systems and infrastructure.
• Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with relevant regulations and compliance requirements and ensure that our security solutions are aligned with these standards.
• Implement Security Best Practices: Implement industry best practices and standards for security architecture design, including principles of defense-in-depth, least privilege, and continuous monitoring.
• Provide Security Guidance and Training: Provide guidance and training to internal teams on security best practices, emerging threats, and the proper use of security technologies and tools.
• Participate in Incident Response: Assist in incident response activities, including detection, analysis, and remediation of security incidents, and contribute to the development of incident response plans and procedures.

Qualifications: B. Tech or any post graduate with experience in Information security domain (10-15 Years)
