Ensure the safety and security of our nation as an Intelligence Operations Support Advisor at GDIT. Our work depends on an Intelligence Operations Support Officer joining our team to be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and disseminating intelligence information to support decision-making at all levels of the organization. This includes collecting, triaging, and reviewing information from a variety of sources. The Intelligence Operations Support Advisor then analyzes this information to identify trends, patterns, and threats. Finally, the Intelligence Operations Support Advisor disseminates this information to decision-makers in a clear and concise manner. TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.
HOW AN INTELLIGENCE OPERATIONS SUPPORT ADVISOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Assisting staff officers with operational coordination and planning, community outreach, monitoring and incoming communications in sponsor systems
Drafting and coordinating data and findings in sponsor systems
Assisting with the preparation of responses to senior level taskings/requirements
Assisting staff officers with research and analytic targeting
Maintaining a unique combination of traditional SOO and technical skillsets to support the development and overall management of blended technical and computer operations
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
The position requires an active TS/SCI with SCI Poly security clearance
Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science, a related specialized area or field and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
Demonstrated experience as a SOO
Demonstrated experience developing products and supporting briefings and delivering those products to review boards, and must be comfortable engaging informally and formally with local and remote personnel
Demonstrated experience working and collaborating in a team environment and partnering closely with sponsor management and mission partners
Demonstrated experience proactively engaging with peers, management, and mission partners to complete tasks in a timely manner, initiating conversations with relevant stakeholders and following up to ensure there are no gaps in communication
Demonstrated experience staying on top of multiple operations concurrently, keeping sponsor management up-to-date
Demonstrated experience preparing and providing technical briefings to both technical and non-technical staff
Understanding of or familiarity with Agency systems
Experience with intelligence analysis within the Intelligence Community
DESIRED SKILLS:
Demonstrated experience and knowledge of China
Demonstrated experience and knowledge of cyber operations, including cellular and computer networks
Demonstrated experience prioritizing effectively and working several tasks concurrently without guidance
Demonstrated successful research and analytic skills supporting technical and cyber operations
Advanced knowledge of the principles, methods, processes, and applicable regulations involved in intelligence operations
Experience supporting intelligence operations (e.g.: watch operations or knowledge management)
Specific certifications or education/training may be required, depending on job assignment

The likely salary range for this position is $124,950 - $169,050. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.Scheduled Weekly Hours:
