Summary:
Druva is seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager to join our exciting, fast growing company. We are looking for a person with a unique blend of business, technical and program management skill sets with a proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives, managing complex stakeholder relationships, and driving execution at scale. This role requires a strategic thinker and hands-on executor who can navigate internal teams and external technology partners to deliver high-impact results with efficient processes.
As the Program Manager for Technical Alliances & Pricing Operations, you will own and execute initiatives for two mission-critical functions:
- Technical Alliances Execution – Driving joint commercialization and technical projects with OEM, ISV, and Cloud partners while ensuring seamless internal alignment.
- Pricing Operations & GTM Execution – Owning pricing implementations (SKUs, price changes, promos) and executing pricing-heavy GTM initiatives in collaboration with Sales Ops, Finance, Product-entitlements, Business Systems, and IT.
This role is ideal for a program leader who thrives in high-visibility, high-impact environments—someone who can align Product, Engineering, GTM Teams, IT, Legal, Revenue, Support operations and external partners to deliver scalable, revenue-driving initiatives.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Lead cross-functional technical programs for alliances and pricing, ensuring clear timelines, accountability, and risk mitigation.
- Monitor and report on program performance and KPIs, tracking timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies and provide concise updates to stakeholders (internal and external).
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Finance, IT, Sales Ops, RevOps) and external partners to ensure program success and smooth implementation.
- Act as the central liaison to align stakeholders, manage internal and external dependencies, drive consensus on technical decisions, balancing competing priorities for effective and smooth program execution.
- Identify and manage internal and external dependencies and risks. Ensure proper resource allocation and timely resolution of issues.
- Oversee joint GTM activities and technical execution with OEMs, ISVs, and Cloud providers, ensuring clear communication of timelines and deliverables, risks, issues and successes to stakeholders aligning them with strategic business objectives.
- Establish reporting mechanisms to track and communicate alliance program success, ensuring transparency and clarity in outcomes.
- Oversee pricing initiatives, including SKU implementations, price changes, and promotional pricing rollouts, ensuring smooth integration with internal business systems.
- Lead initiatives to improve program management practices, driving speed, quality, and consistency in execution.
- Define and track KPIs to assess the effectiveness of pricing and program initiatives, driving continuous improvement in process execution and delivery.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, or related field experience required
- 8 years of experience in program, project management (with 10-12 years of overall experience) , leading cross-functional execution across Product, Engineering, SalesOps, Finance, and GTM teams.
- 3+ years of experience with business systems implementations related to pricing SKUs.
- Deep understanding of commercialization in enterprise software/SaaS/Data companies
- Strong expertise in pricing execution (SKUs, price changes, promos) and technical alliance management.
- Proven ability to drive execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, managing multiple programs simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to define KPIs, track performance, and drive process improvements.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, ensuring alignment across business and technical teams.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- A team player, adept at building relationships across the organization
- Ability to adhere to deadlines across multiple projects in a fast paced environment without losing sight of accuracy
- Bias for action—you see gaps, take ownership, and drive results with incredible attention to detail.
- Proven track record of analyzing complex processes and driving execution of those improvements
- Demonstrated commercial understanding of SDLC - Waterfall and Agile development processes, UAT, documentation, and release packaging
- Experience with Google G-Suite, Sigma, Atlassian JIRA Advanced Roadmaps, Looker, and other modern collaboration tools is a plus; and
- Demonstrated experience with Salesforce and similar CRM systems
The pay range for this position is expected to be between $162,000 and $227,333/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized, non-discriminatory factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, and equity.
