DevSecOps Engineer

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a DevSecOps Engineer to join our UniQue team.

• Plan, implement, and upgrade DevSecOps pipelines to enhance security and automation.
• Facilitate the continuous delivery of IT applications using Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and automation tools.
• Design and implement API Security, Container Security, and Cloud Security strategies.
• Understand and apply integration strategies and patterns in cloud environments.
• Configure and administer container-based infrastructure and applications.
• Define configuration management and deployment strategies for cloud resources.
• Develop and design software automation and scripts to orchestrate cloud and virtualization technologies, ensuring alignment with defined scope, schedule, and operational expectations.
• Provide technical expertise and support to customers using Cloud Platform products, solutions, and APIs, with a focus on Operations.
• Design and implement DevSecOps capabilities, including observability, continuous monitoring, and traceability.
• Work closely with development teams to resolve software and infrastructure-related issues in cloud deployment environments.

Requirements

What will you be bringing to the team?

• Master Degree with minimum 17 years of general IT experience.
• At least 2 years of experience with DevOps container or serverless/orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Ansible, Terraform, Buildpacks, Kubernetes).
• At least 2 years of experience in cloud security architecture and related security requirements.
• At least 2 years of experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools (e.g., JIRA, Git, Bamboo, Nexus).
• Experience with large, enterprise-level, multi-user Information Systems.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in:
• Establishing and managing deployment pipelines and release management.
• At least one programming language (e.g., C#, Java, Python, PowerShell, Bash, Perl).
• Conducting DevSecOps in an agile work environment.
• Secret management tools (e.g., CyberArk, HashiCorp).
• Monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace).
• Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, OVH, Kubernetes).
• An excellent level of written and spoken English is required (minimum C1).
• Desired Qualifications:
• Understanding of Tableau Desktop and Server, along with experience in Tableau’s data modeling capabilities.
• Knowledge of back-end development.
• SQL proficiency for querying and manipulating data.
• Mandatory Certifications (one of the following):
• Certified DevSecOps Professional (CDP)
• AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional
• Kubernetes Administrator certification or equivalent
• Tableau certifications (e.g., Tableau Certified Data Analyst, Tableau Server Certified Associate).
