We are a cross-functional team responsible for driving the company-wide vulnerability management process, and we strive to deliver quality Akamai security solutions.

In this role, you will be involved in the product integration lifecycle with us.

As a Security Architect Intern, you will be responsible for:

• Integrating in writing system specifications with a senior architect
• Collaborating on projects on various technical solutions
• Participating in ongoing training initiatives to develop your skills

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have knowledge and interest in basic system implementation planning
• Be able to write specifications and diagrams
• Have an understanding and knowledge of cybersecurity protocols
• Demonstrate written, verbal, and presentation skills in English communication

Work in a way that works for you

Our 6-month intern program starts in July. The program requires you to be available 40 hours per week during summer months (July-September). We offer the opportunity to work part-time during the academic year (October-December).

This is a flexible role and may be performed at your home and/or the local Akamai office (in the country advertised). We are happy to discuss working options in this role and encourage you to speak with your recruiter in more details when you apply.
