OUR TEAM

Our Explosive Ordnance Services (EOS) team enables the Australian Defence Force through storage, distribution, maintenance and disposal of these systems, all across Australia. As a turnkey solution, we offer the opportunity to gain a holistic understanding of our business operations, creating huge opportunities for growth.

Within our logistics services business there are 17+ depots throughout Australia, allowing various development and progression opportunities.

YOUR ROLE

As a Regional Compliance Coordinator, you'll be at the forefront of maintaining and improving compliance standards within our EO Services operations. You'll work closely with site teams and the Safety and Compliance Group to ensure adherence to contractual controls and legislative requirements, with a particular focus on Major Hazardous Facility (MHF) licensing.

This pivotal role supports our commitment to safety and technical integrity across multiple sites in Australia.

Located in Mangalore, on Taungurung land, your role will be:

  • Conduct MHF compliance audits and coordinate corrective actions

  • Maintain and review MHF Safety Case Volumes and Safety Management Systems

  • Facilitate safety assessment workshops and emergency exercises

  • Provide mentorship on risk management and safety procedures

  • Liaise with regulatory authorities, Defence, and community representatives

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in quality and safety

  • Conduct HSE and technical investigations as required

YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • Recognised formal training and/or demonstrated experience in Compliance Auditing, preferably in a safety driven environment

  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment

  • ICAM qualifications or demonstrated experience in undertaking investigations will be highly regarded

  • Broad knowledge and /or experience of logistics operations involving dangerous goods (preferably in Class One)
