Our mission is simple: End Cyber Risk. We’re looking for a Product Operations Team Lead to be part of making this happen.   

About the Role
The Product Operations Team Lead will oversee operational and project management activities within the products organization, collaborating with Engineering and Product Management to support our growth as a leading organization. This role is part of the centralized engineering services team, requiring a self-starter with a passion for organizing diverse daily activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage centralized budget and resource tracking for engineering, collaborating with finance weekly.

  • Assist with contract and vendor management, including renewals for engineering tools and third-party software.

  • Organize and coordinate the annual Engineering Hackathon Event.

  • Work cross-functionally with HR, IT, GRC, Business Development, Vendor Sourcing, and Billing on operational projects and process improvements.

  • Coordinate ongoing projects aimed at preparing for engineering tax credits in the US and Canada.

  • Provide urgent project management support for critical engineering initiatives.

  • Document standard operating procedures and policies for the product organization.

  • Support new employee onboarding processes.

  • Collaborate with recruiting on the co-op program and coordinate with engineering leadership.

  • Offer general support for local onsite events at Arctic Wolf offices.

About You   

  • A self-starter with a passion for organizing and coordinating a diverse set of daily activities.

  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure with multiple timelines and limited supervision.

  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.

  • Extensive administrative experience with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and excel in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Skills:

  • Project Management: Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects effectively, ensuring timely completion and delivery.

  • Budget and Resource Management: Basic skills in budgeting and resource tracking, working closely with finance.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience in working with various departments to drive operational projects and process improvements.

  • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with executives and team members.

  • Organizational Skills: Planning and organizational abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Integrity and Discretion: Professionalism in handling confidential information and maintaining discretion in sensitive matters.

  • Leadership Abilities: Experience in working with teams & coordinating operational efforts for collaborative productivity.

  • Technical Competency:   With Excell, PowerPoint, Jira & Confluence is highly desired.

  • Adaptability: Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and pressures.
