Information Security Specialist (f/m/d)

Your area of work:

As an Information Security Specialist you will be involved in supporting the IT Operational and Build teams to enhance and maintain security measures within the department. Your role will involve identifying and assessing potential security threats, as well as planning, coordinating and tracking remediation efforts. As an Information Security Specialist, you will collaborate closely with Group Security on new processes and support new initiatives within the security environment. You will advise and inform the operational teams about new security control requirements and ensure ongoing security awareness. 
 

Your responsibilities:

• Ensuring general security compliance off assets in line with the DBAG guidelines & processes
• Review, analyze, coordinate and support remediation of vulnerabilities
• Support risk management processes and track risk mitigation actions
• Support the closure of audit findings
• Develop fit for purpose KPI’s, dashboards and reports

Your profile:

• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Communicative and able to work well with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of risk management concepts and methodologies
• Good understanding of technology concepts and IT Operational processes
• Understanding of regulatory / security frameworks and standards (e.g. MaRisk, ISO 27001 & SOC 2)
