Key responsibilities 

 

As a Manager, in our FSO team, you will lead cyber security assessments and manage teams to deliver security strategy and transformation programmes. The job description is the following one: 
• Leading a portfolio of cyber engagements with our clients, directing and developing teams to deliver the highest quality Cyber Security solutions and services; 
• Assessing current technology architecture for vulnerabilities, weaknesses and for possible upgrades or improvement;
• Managing security strategies and information security audits; 
• Implementing oversee technological upgrades, improvements and major changes to the information security environment; 
• Managing the production of reports and reviews ensuring the highest quality deliverables; 
• Contributing to developing the market for Cyber Security services across all sectors and identify sales opportunities; 
• Building client relationships with senior stakeholders; 
• Working with prospective clients to identify opportunities and scope engagements and creating high quality proposals; 
• Contributing to the development of the existing cyber risk team acting as mentor and coach to the junior members of the team and leading by example; 
• Contributing to the latest thought-leadership, industry research and creation of marketing collateral relating to cyber security.

To qualify for the role, you must have


• Academic education in Computer Science and Engineering, Information Technologies or similar fields of study; 
• Minimum 5/6 years of experience in Cyber Security projects, mainly in consulting environment; 
• Significant experience in the financial services sector;
• Good client-facing skills and comfort in both delivery and pre-sales environment; 
• Ability to think out of the box and create multidisciplinary solutions; 
• Experience working on international projects and on multicultural teams; 
• Leadership and people management skills; 
• Commercial acuity to develop existing opportunities in clients and identify and explore new ones; 
• Full English Proficiency; 
• Availability to work in Portugal and abroad. 

 

Ideally, you’ll also have


• Certifications in ISACA CISM (Information Security Manager), ISACA CISA (Information Systems Auditor), ISACA CRISC (Risk and Information Systems Control), ISC2 CISSP (Information System Security Professional) and/or SANS GIAC (Global Information Assurance Certification) or similar;
