Graphics Designer/Photography - Mid Level: Photography and Videography

Job Description

NetImpact Strategies, Inc. is seeking to hire a Graphics Designer/Photography to support a Federal Agency.

This role is located 100% onsite at Fort Sam Houston, TX. May require occasional travel.

Candidate must be eligible for a Background Check.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize editing software to perform audio, video, and image edits, ensuring final products meet digital and print format requirements based on the mission
• Provide and design graphics, photography, videography services, and produce multimedia projects, including video editing with sound and voice-over integration.
• Maintain an organized catalog of work, manage equipment setup and takedown, including cameras, lighting, microphones, props, and oversee live streaming setups for social media.
• Formulate strategies to resolve program conflicts and ensure the execution of comprehensive audiovisual productions, delivering final products in digital and print formats.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including military and civilian managers, to develop and coordinate visually compelling content aligned with organizational goals and share assets effectively.
• Log jobs in the ticketing system, maintain digital asset archives, and manage multimedia equipment while recommending purchases and estimating resources.
• Conduct pre-production meetings to define objectives, advise on media techniques, and plan shot compositions, camera setups, and lighting for optimal design.
• Plan and execute technical aspects of video/photo shoots, including location selection, equipment arrangement, and shot composition.
• Maintain and improve multimedia equipment, ensuring the functionality of all tools used for video production and recommending new resources for future projects.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications and Certifications:

• Four (4) year of experience demonstrating the required proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalency.
• Candidate must be eligible for a Background Check.
• Ability to work 100% onsite at Fort Sam Houston, TX. May require occasional travel.

Preferred Qualifications and Certifications:

• Previous Federal Consulting Experience.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Flash).
• Experience working in a military or healthcare environment.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and branding principles.
