Assistant Manager-Cyber (Operational Technology)

Profile:  

Operational Technology (OT) (Assistant Managers) 

Experience:  

5+ to 8 years in OT security and with cyber security background 

Language: 

English is must, Arabic is preferable. 

Certifications: 

ISA62443 L1/L2 certified. 

SANS Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional (GICSP) 

Skills: 

Strong execution skills  

Technical and process knowledge for OT/ICS and IoT architecture 

Proficient in technical report writing, presentation and communication skills. 

Experience 

Managerial Expertise across: 

Proven experience of managing clients with deep technical expertise in business with a strong focus on technology stack across OT security platforms 

Preferred experience with Big-4 or top-tier consulting firms 

Deep experience across leading RFPs, proposals and expanding client base and business development activities. 

Technical Expertise across: 

Knowledge of policy/ procedures on OT standards from strong experience creating frameworks and maturity assessments knowledge 

Knowledge of OT Security standards (e.g. IEC 62443, NIST 800-82, NCSC/CPNI SICS Framework etc.) 

Knowledge of OT security technology stack across Power and Utilities, Oil and Gas among other sectors.  

Strong experience across OT security solutions such as Nozomi, Clarity etc. 

Preferable hands-on experience with OT system integration  

Preferable experience across OT Security transformation programs 

Preferable experience with vulnerability assessment and penetration testing of OT networks and application security testing experience for SCADA applications  

Strong knowledge across OT protocols such as Modbus, TCP, HART etc. 

Knowledge of deep technical assessments including vulnerability assessment, penetration testing and configuration reviews on OT security devices 

Responsibilities: 

Lead and manage projects 

Expand the cyber defense security business, projects, and team 

Excellent written and communication skills  

Flexible to travel (if needed) 

Participate in business development activities adhering to the firm’s risk management guidelines
