Job Description
Job Responsibility: Plan, implement and upgrade security measures and controls Define database related security policies, guidelines, strategy Define security guidelines for database hardening Experience in working on Database activity monitoring (DAM) solutions from Imperva.
- General understanding of application layer security concepts, application layer Web, and/or database protocols.
- Experience implementing or managing data center security or database applications
Education Qualification: BSC -IT /B. E/BTECH/ BCA
OEM Certification: Imperva Database Security Associate/ Imperva Database Security Specialist (IDSS)
Security Certifications: CEH/CHFI//GSEC / GMON/ITIL or any equivalent Security Certification
Experience: 2 Years on Imperva DAM Configuration, integration and Troubleshooting
Requirements
- Proven knowledge of Database Activity Monitoring and real time incident reporting
- Generate various dashboard view
- Develop Reports for customer
- Good understanding of TCP/IP and UDP
- Good understanding of general security products and controls
- Good understanding of SOC/security management workflows in enterprise organizations.
- Experience in customer-facing roles.
- Strong Application / Operating System / Networking troubleshooting skills
- Good Analytical & development skills.
- OS expertise (Linux, RHEL, CentOS)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Responsibility:
- Monitoring of the Databases and Instances, Analyze any DAM related incidents and Escalate the incidents with Banks Stakeholders.
- Co-ordinate closely with the SOC team for any integration of Databases and Instances
- Manage Backup, Archiving and Restore of configuration.
- Generate reports and highlight compromises
- Maintain and update the tool
