Business Consultant Active Privacy Management

We are looking for a Business Consultant to strengthen our Digital Engagement department—a group of multidisciplinary teams that create the most intuitive and consistent digital experiences for our customers.

As a Business Consultant on Active Privacy Management (APM), you support the Login & Identity Management team in designing a solution, compliant with regulatory & business needs, to offer customers a way to set their privacy preferences in an effortless interface (managed by OneTrust) which is centrally stored and communicated across the Telenet platforms.  

You work closely with various stakeholders to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions that enhance the customer experience.  

Your responsibilities as a Business Consultant

The delivery of the APM solution is your top priority. You act as the key link between digital, regulatory/legal and data teams and our delivery partner.

• You translate the business needs into clear requirements and activity diagrams and evaluate the feasibility of change requests.
• You are the domain expert for stakeholders and the delivery partner, ensuring well-documented and up-to-date processes, workflows, and specifications.
• You lead the Active Privacy Management initiative through the initiative governance.
• You facilitate interactions with stakeholders and the product owner, you explore possible solutions and define the final solution design and business requirements.
• You document the chosen solution, ensuring the quality and legal compliance and define the acceptance criteria that serve as a briefing for our partner.
• You brief the delivery partner for implementation, oversee testing, and follow up on the ‘go live’ process.
• You proactively look for potential improvements to align your product with future customer needs, using (user) data as a basis.
