Description

Appdome, the leading mobile cyber defense automation provider, is looking for a talented and driven Service Delivery Engineer to spearhead our efforts in Mexico.

 About the Role:

In your role as a Service Delivery Engineer in Mexico, you will serve as the main contact for technical support and advice. You will partner closely with customers to identify their requirements, resolve issues, and help them reach their mobile security objectives using Appdome. Additionally, you will team up with our sales and product teams to enhance customer satisfaction and increase product adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard new customers, focusing on initial engagement and defining success metrics.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customer stakeholders.
  • Take ownership of the technical customer experience, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Proactively troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Contribute to the development of self-service resources and automation tools to improve customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues in our internal systems.
  • Deliver training sessions to educate customers on new features and best practices.
  • Gather customer feedback to inform product development and improvements.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand customer usage of the Appdome platform.

Requirements


The right candidate must excel in solving problems related to hands-on technology and should inspire trust in their understanding of the Appdome product. They must investigate and resolve technical challenges associated with effectively implementing Appdome security in mobile applications. This person will lead customers through the process of utilizing Appdome to secure their mobile apps, providing answers to technical inquiries and assisting in addressing issues and incidents.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • 5+ years of experience in customer support or technical support roles in a high-tech environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • A genuine passion for working with customers and helping them achieve their goals.
  • Proven ability to build trust and confidence with customers, providing clear and effective solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical data and identify root causes.
  • Proficiency in capturing, reading, and understanding mobile device, network appliance, and application logs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
  • A proactive and resourceful approach to finding solutions and information.
  • A strong commitment to continuous learning and staying up to date with the latest mobile security trends.
  • Excellent prioritization and time management skills.
  • Native or bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
  • Full professional proficiency in English, written and verbal.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with Linux or MacOS X operating systems.
  • Experience in mobile app development and frameworks (Android and iOS).
  • Experience with consumer-facing mobile applications.
