Job Description

Cyber Solutions Architect - CTL with SC and Nppv3 - Hybrid Model / Can be based across the UK

Reporting to

Global Head of Cyber Security Practice or other Solution Architects.

Summary

You are responsible for leading both pre-sales technical solution development and internal innovation initiatives within the Cyber Security practice at Resillion. As a Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring successful client engagements by translating business needs into robust technical solutions. You will also spearhead innovative approaches to elevate the practice's capabilities across people, processes, and technologies. Additionally, you will champion knowledge sharing across the organization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement in Cyber Security practices.

Responsibilities

Pre-Sales and Solution Development

  • Partner with sales, business managers or delivery managers, other Practises (e.g. C&I or Content and QE) and/or our Cyber Practise colleagues (e.g. SOC, DF or PT/RT)  to understand client requirements and pain points.
  • Coordinate and conduct discovery and assessment activities to evaluate client's current Cyber Stance and cyber resilience practices.
  • Position, launch, coordinate and follow-through proof-of-concept (POC) projects, showcasing the capabilities of Resillion solutions
  • Design and architect technically sound solutions that address client needs, leveraging any Resillion technology platforms and complementary technologies.
  • Develop technical presentations and demonstrations to effectively communicate the value proposition of Resillion solutions, including how they contribute to cyber and business as a whole, to enhance clients’ cyber resilience.
  • Collaborate with delivery organizations to ensure technical feasibility and scalability of proposed solutions.
  • Collaborate with delivery organizations to facilitate handover and support scaling of proposed solutions

Innovation and Practice Advancement

  • Lead and champion initiatives to innovate across people, processes, and technologies within the Cyber Security Practice, in alignment with the R&D team and all other internal (to the Practice) and external (Resillion as a whole) depts
  • Research and evaluate emerging trends and technologies within the Cyber Security space, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to continuously enhance the practice's capabilities and service offerings.
  • Collaborate with delivery organizations to pilot and integrate new techniques and methodologies.

Knowledge Sharing and Collaboration

  • Advise organizations on best practices for quality assurance and testing, positioning them within the context of business assurance.
  • Develop and deliver internal training sessions on best practices, tools, and methodologies related to Quality Engineering.
  • Create and maintain knowledge repositories to share best practices and lessons learned across the organization.
  • Foster close collaboration with delivery organizations to facilitate adoption of new techniques and methodologies.
  • Partner with people teams to define technical content and skills required for Cyber Securitycareer paths and trainings.
  • Author or contribute to content marketing initiatives related to Quality Engineering

Practice representative – Quality engineering

The Practice representative is to be considered a an extension of responsibilities of a Solution architect (as above). This section defines the extended responsibilities for the Practice representative – Cyber Security(‘QE rep’). Building upon the core responsibilities of a Solution Architect within Quality Engineering, the Practice Representative will also:

Industry Sector Engagement and Growth

Strategic Sector Alignment

  • Act as the primary technical liaison between the Cyber Security space and assigned Resillion industry sectors.
  • Collaborate closely with sector heads, business managers, and principal consultants to understand sector-specific challenges and opportunities.

Sales and Marketing Support

  • Partner with the sector organization to develop and execute targeted sales and marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with Cyber Security capabilities.
  • Provide technical expertise and contribute to the creation of compelling marketing materials and presentations tailored to specific industry needs.

Lead Solution Architect for Assigned Sectors

  • Assume the role of the lead Solution Architect for all Cyber Security engagements within assigned sectors, ensuring consistent and high-quality solution delivery.
  • Drive the development of sector-specific solution architectures that address unique client requirements and industry best practices.

Upselling and Cross-selling Identification and promotion

  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Cyber Security services within existing client accounts, maximizing revenue potential.
  • Present and demonstrate the value of expanded service offerings to clients, showcasing how they can address evolving business needs.

New Logo Acquisition and Account Growth

  • Support new logo sales efforts by providing technical expertise and developing compelling solutions that resonate with potential clients.
  • Drive growth within existing accounts by identifying and addressing emerging client needs and positioning Resillion as a trusted partner.

Innovation and Strategic Planning

Key Account Innovation Roadmaps:

  • Develop and maintain innovation roadmaps for key accounts within assigned sectors, outlining strategic initiatives to enhance Cyber Security capabilities.
  • Proactively identify and recommend emerging technologies and methodologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in program management with a focus on strategic and operational execution.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and risk management.
  • Ability to manage complex global client environments and multi-stakeholder engagements.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills—able to convey technical and business insights effectively.
  • Experience working in international markets with a global client base.
  • Multilingual capabilities (highly preferred) to support diverse client needs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in enterprise security architecture, risk management, or compliance.
  • Prior experience working with C-suite and senior stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of cloud, AI, or security frameworks is an advantage.
