Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Management:
- Manage and lead the security delivery teams, providing direction, support, and development opportunities.
- Ensure the team meets performance targets and maintains high levels of motivation and engagement.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.
- Ensure the successful delivery of security services to the end customers for the different customer accounts.
- Collaborate with the global DXC security delivery teams across other countries and build synergies
Business Development:
- Collaborate with the Sales organization (Account Executives, Sales Specialists) to support the development and growth of the security business.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate security considerations into business strategies and operations.
- Collaborate and build strong relationship with the DXC security partners ecosystem
Information Security Strategy:
- Design, develop, implement, and oversee the organization's information security and cyber resilience strategy.
- Ensure the strategy aligns with the organization's goals and regulatory requirements.
- Regularly review and update the strategy to address emerging threats and vulnerabilities.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards, policies, procedures, and contracts.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify and mitigate security risks.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance and manage risks effectively.
Client and Stakeholder Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their security needs are met.
- Act as the primary point of contact for security delivery-related matters.
- Provide regular updates and reports to clients and stakeholders on security performance and incidents.
Incident Response and Management:
- Develop and maintain incident response plans and procedures.
- Lead the response to security incidents, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Conduct post-incident reviews to identify lessons learned and improve future response efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (or a related field) or equivalent field experience.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ISO27001 or CEH.
- Extensive experience in information security management, including leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Strong knowledge of the French cyber security market ecosystem, players, regulations and trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in business development and client management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
