France Cyber Security Business Leader

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management:

• Manage and lead the security delivery teams, providing direction, support, and development opportunities.
• Ensure the team meets performance targets and maintains high levels of motivation and engagement.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.
• Ensure the successful delivery of security services to the end customers for the different customer accounts.
• Collaborate with the global DXC security delivery teams across other countries and build synergies

Business Development:

• Collaborate with the Sales organization (Account Executives, Sales Specialists) to support the development and growth of the security business.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate security considerations into business strategies and operations.
• Collaborate and build strong relationship with the DXC security partners ecosystem

Information Security Strategy:

• Design, develop, implement, and oversee the organization's information security and cyber resilience strategy.
• Ensure the strategy aligns with the organization's goals and regulatory requirements.
• Regularly review and update the strategy to address emerging threats and vulnerabilities.

Compliance and Risk Management:

• Ensure compliance with relevant standards, policies, procedures, and contracts.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify and mitigate security risks.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance and manage risks effectively.

Client and Stakeholder Management:

• Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their security needs are met.
• Act as the primary point of contact for security delivery-related matters.
• Provide regular updates and reports to clients and stakeholders on security performance and incidents.

Incident Response and Management:

• Develop and maintain incident response plans and procedures.
• Lead the response to security incidents, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Conduct post-incident reviews to identify lessons learned and improve future response efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (or a related field) or equivalent field experience.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ISO27001 or CEH.
• Extensive experience in information security management, including leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Strong knowledge of the French cyber security market ecosystem, players, regulations and trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in business development and client management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
