The Manager, Information Technology, CareMore Health manages the IT infrastructure, systems, and team to
ensure the organization's technological needs are met efficiently and securely. This role involves strategic
planning, project management, cybersecurity oversight, and team leadership to support business operations
and innovation. The IT Manager collaborates with stakeholders to align technology initiatives with company
goals while ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.


Responsibilities
• Design and implement comprehensive IT policies, procedures, and strategic plans aligned with overall
business objectives to ensure technological infrastructure supports organizational goals effectively.
• Continuously assess and identify opportunities for technological innovations and process
enhancements that can improve efficiency and productivity within the organization.
• Administer the maintenance, security, and reliability of IT systems, networks, and cloud-based services
to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Establish and maintain high availability protocols along with robust disaster recovery strategies to
safeguard critical business operations.
• Oversee software applications, databases, and enterprise systems, driving optimization efforts to
enhance performance and user experience.
• Lead a nationwide team of technical support specialists, ensuring efficient management of clinic
infrastructure and prompt resolution of issues.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of cybersecurity policies, facilitating rigorous monitoring and
protection of corporate data and systems to mitigate risks.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, data protection laws, and IT security standards, thereby
safeguarding the organization against legal and financial repercussions.
• Provide support for regular security audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability testing, ensuring
ongoing protection and adherence to security protocols.
• Spearhead IT projects, including system upgrades, software deployments, and infrastructure
enhancements, while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Cultivate and manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms and services
that meet organizational needs.
• Supervise and mentor the IT team, offering guidance and professional development opportunities to
enhance skills and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Establish and uphold efficient IT support processes, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues to
enhance overall employee productivity.
• Promote collaboration between the IT department and other business units to effectively address and
meet diverse business requirements.
• Develop and manage the IT budget, optimizing resource allocation to maximize value for the
organization.
• Evaluate and recommend cost-effective technology solutions that align with business needs and
enhance operational efficiency.
• Stay abreast of emerging server technologies, security threats, and industry best practices to ensure
the organization remains competitive and secure in a rapidly evolving technology landscape.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service to internal team members and patients.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.


Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field is essential; a
Master's degree is preferred for advanced understanding and strategic insight.
• 5+ years of substantial experience in IT management, encompassing infrastructure administration or
equivalent roles, showcasing a robust track record of effective oversight and strategic execution.
• Certifications: ITIL, PMP, CISSP, CCNA, AWS, or Microsoft Certified
• In-depth knowledge of IT systems, networking protocols, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity
practices is crucial. The ability to navigate and implement comprehensive solutions in these areas is
highly valued.
• Proven experience with enterprise software solutions, ERP systems, and database management,
demonstrating an ability to leverage these tools for organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on team management, coordination, and the successful
execution of IT projects. An ability to inspire and direct teams toward common goals is essential.
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities, coupled with strong communication and organizational skills,
are required to effectively manage projects and collaborate within cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.


Physical Demands
• Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force
frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Repetitive motion.
Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The worker must have close
visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing;
viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading. Ability to lift to 15 lbs. independently not to exceed
50 lbs. without help.
