We are currently seeking for ambitious team players to become part of our dynamic Cyber Security team within our Technology & Transformation department in Thessaloniki.

As a Consultant in our Technology and Transformation department, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients in identifying, assessing, and managing risks that may impact their business objectives. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on diverse projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging your expertise to deliver value-added insights.

In your role as Cyber Risk & Compliance Consultant, will be focused on proactive and responsible execution of project tasks, supporting the senior team members in Cyber Risk & Compliance activities. As a Cyber Risk & Compliance Consultant, you’ll work on exciting projects, collaborate with top professionals in the field, and shape the future of cybersecurity strategies for organizations across industries.

As part of your role, under the coordination of Managers and more expert colleagues, you will be required to contribute to the design and implementation of cyber security solutions, through:

• Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies tailored to client needs.

• Conduct cybersecurity assessments and risk analysis to identify vulnerabilities, recommend improvements and propose mitigating measures.

• Ensure that security practices are aligned with applicable regulations and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001, DORA, NIS2, NIST) to fulfill legal and compliance obligations.

• Develop clear procedures for detecting, responding to, and recovering from security incidents to reduce potential downtime, minimize damages and ensure smooth operations.

• Collaborate with the client executives, business leaders, and IT teams to understand business objectives and align the cybersecurity strategy with the organizational goals. Clearly and effectively communicate complex cybersecurity concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Ensure the existence of robust security protocols to ensure sensitive data's confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

• Work with other Deloitte teams to deliver complete cybersecurity solutions that meet the business requirements.

• Stay ahead of emerging cybersecurity trends, technologies, and frameworks to keep clients secure.

• Hold a Bachelor or Master degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

• Exhibit fluent proficiency in the English language.

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of Cybersecurity Strategies, Risk & Compliance Assessments, Frameworks, Risk Quantification and data privacy and protection principles.

• Show enthusiasm and a keen interest in the cybersecurity domain, staying informed about emerging trends, technologies, and frameworks.

• Be a self-motivated team player, capable of contributing to project teams and delivering high-quality outcomes.

• Display excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues.

• Have strong analytical abilities and communicate complex findings effectively to diverse audiences, including varying cultures, technical expertise levels, and seniority.

Bonus Qualifications

• Having background/familiarity or previous work experience such in cyber field.

• Relevant certifications, such as CISSP, CCSP, CIPP/E, CCSK, CCNP, CCNA, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, AWS / Azure / Google Advanced or CompTIA Network+, are highly valued.

• Familiarity/Good knowledge (of some) of the following areas would be a plus:

o   Regulations and Compliance: DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act), NIS2 Directive (Network and Information Security Directive), Data Privacy and Protection (e.g., GDPR compliance) and ISO 27001 (Information Security Management System)

o   Risk Management: IT and OT Risk Assessments, Third-Party Risk Management and Assessments

o   Frameworks and Maturity Models: Cybersecurity Maturity Models

o   Incident Preparedness: Incident Response Planning and Management

o   Cloud Security: Knowledge of the main cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google) and their security aspects
