About the Role:
We are currently looking for a Cybersecurity Culture & Awareness Specialist to join the Ferrero Cybersecurity Team as of July 2025 as maternity leave replacement reporting to the Cybersecurity Culture & Awareness Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
As a Cybersecurity Awareness and Training Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our pre-defined awareness program.
You will create and deliver content to engage target audiences through various channels, including digital media, print media, training sessions, and events.
You will gather feedback, comments, suggestions, and impressions from employees participating in awareness and training activities to enhance our Cyber Culture initiatives.
In this role, you will measure and evaluate the effectiveness and comprehensiveness of awareness and training initiatives through detailed reports and results from tests and campaigns.
You will support the planning and organization of new training and awareness programs based on identified needs, criticalities, and growth opportunities discovered by other Cybersecurity Competence Centers.
Additionally, you will design and develop role-based cybersecurity learning paths and courses that promote secure behaviors in compliance with security policies, procedures, and standards, as well as create courses aligned with enterprise risk management or security risk assessment findings and remediation.
Who we are looking for:
You have a BSc/MSc in Corporate/Persuasive Communication, Security Studies, Crisis Management, Behavioural Science/Psychology, Information Technology, or a related field.
You are a professional with work experience in Cybersecurity consultancy or security awareness/training, marketing, or communications, and you have experience in content creation as well as in the development and coordination of security awareness and trainings.
You have general knowledge of main IT and OT (Operational Technology) Cybersecurity topics, enabling you to tailor awareness, communication, and training material for the Group or specific populations.
You possess a basic understanding of adult learning and organizational change principles and theories, such as experiential learning, self-directed learning, and daring learning.
You understand basic engagement principles in communication and awareness campaigns, as well as in the creation of corporate trainings, including gamification or interactive learning.
You have general knowledge of the communication activities required to further enhance the response to cybersecurity incidents.
You are familiar with cybersecurity international standards, laws, and regulations (e.g., ENISA, NIST, ISO27000).
Professional certifications are considered a plus (e.g., ISC2 CISSP: Certified Information Systems Security Professional; ISO/IEC 27001:2013 Auditor/Lead Auditor; PMI-ACP: PMI Agile Certified Practitioner; Prince2 Foundation; NICCS CCAP: Certified Cybersecurity Awareness Professional).
You are fluent in written and spoken English.
