Seeking a dynamic leader for the Cyber & Compliance Lead (CCL), reporting to the Corporate CISO. This individual will be responsible for cross functional initiates as the Cyber leader for the Bangalore site. In addition, they will ensure the seamless integration of corporate cybersecurity objectives and strategic initiatives across functions while also providing leadership to local cyber team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting and oversee the execution of Enterprise Cyber Security
- Manage the site's cyber function, including but not limited to business operations, strategy, and operational excellence
- Drive policy compliance, security awareness, cybersecurity strategy and functions for the site
- Ensure alignment of priorities across the site with cyber and compliance requirements
- Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration, Lead related disciplines supporting the broader organization, including organizational change management, communications, project management, transformation & maturity efforts
- Partner with multiple cybersecurity functions to integrate processes and execute the corporate cyber team portfolio
- Engage with the corporate cyber leadership team to facilitate decision-making and resource engagement
- Responsible for aligning performance targets and initiatives at the site level
Qualifications you must have:
- Experience in leading, cross regional, mutli-disciplined, high performing cybersecurity teams
- Extensive experience in direct supervision and people management, including overseeing a cross-functional team, setting goals, providing performance evaluations and feedback, and offering direction and support,
- Demonstrated proficiency of cybersecurity strategy, policy, and compliance NIST, RMF ISO 27001, CCMC
- Experience with organizational change management and Portfolio and project management.
- Proven ability to lead and ability to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
Presentation experience delivering information to senior executive leadership - Ability to use Microsoft Office tools, Visio, MS Project
- Requires a University Degree and a minimum 12 years of experience, or an Advanced Degree and a minimum 10 years’ experience.
