The GTM Applications Administrator will support ongoing management, configuration, and optimization of all business applications used within the GTM teams including, sales marketing, and customer engagement. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration, smooth operations, and the effective utilization of applications that enable the GTM teams to execute their initiatives. The role requires a deep understanding of business processes, technical expertise in application management and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

As a GTM Applications Administrator, Your impact will be:

Application Support & Administration:

  • Assist in the administration of GTM applications such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems (i.e. Salesforce), Revenue Operations Systems (i.e. Clari, Tableau, CPQ, etc. ) and additional Sales & Marketing Applications (i.e. 6Sense, Gong, Gainsight, Ironclad, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.)
  • Support the configuration and customization of applications to meet the needs of sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance and technical support to end-users, escalating issues to the GTM Applications Administrator when necessary.

Lead Cross Department Activities In The GTM Technologies

  • Provide general administrative support to the GTM Applications Team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing tasks related to application administration.
  • Assist in maintaining a clear project timeline for application updates, integrations, or migrations.

User Training & Support:

  • Assist with the onboarding and training of new users on GTM applications, ensuring they understand key features and workflows.
  • Serve as a point of contact for day-to-day user inquiries and provide hands-on assistance with application functionality.

Data Integrity & Reporting:

  • Support the GTM Applications Team in maintaining data accuracy across applications.
  • Assist with generating reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for sales and marketing teams.
  • Help identify and resolve data discrepancies and ensure data consistency across platforms.

Application Testing & Upgrades:

  • Assist in testing new features, updates, or changes to GTM applications, ensuring they align with business requirements.
  • Support the GTM Applications Team in the implementation and deployment of software updates, including coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT).

Documentation:

  • Help maintain clear, up-to-date documentation on system configurations, workflows, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Document best practices and provide guides for users on how to maximize the use of GTM applications.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, IT, and customer success teams to understand their needs and ensure the smooth operation of relevant applications.
  • Assist in managing communication between end users and vendors or IT support teams for application-related issues.


Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this role?

  • 5+ years of experience administering Salesforce
  • Experience in Change Management (ITGC) with working in Sandboxes and using change sets to push development to Production.
  • 3+ years of application development preferably within sales, marketing or GTM similar functions.
  • Salesforce Certifications preferred (i.e. Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201))
  • Strong technical skills (including: workflow automations, data integrations, data management, API configurations, etc.) in Salesforce, marketing automation (i.e. HubSpot, etc.),
  • Working knowledge of other GTM Applications (i.e. Clari, 6Sense, DealHub, Gainsight, Gong, Highspot, Ironclad, Linked Sales Navigator, Vendict, Outreach, Dun & Bradstreet, ZoomInfo, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse international teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities across multiple departments in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Agile or project management methodologies is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

Expected compensation for the role is between $130,000.00- $145,000.00 Base. This is a good faith estimate but does not include equity, bonus, or other forms of payment. Pay will be by experience level, but those outside the salary band are welcome to apply.
