As a Senior Solutions Architect specializing in Identity and Access Management, you will be a strategic technology architect responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing complex IAM solutions that ensure robust security, seamless user experiences, and compliance across enterprise environments. You will serve as a critical bridge between technical teams, security teams, and business stakeholders, translating complex IAM requirements into scalable, innovative architectural solutions.

How you will create impact:

• Design, develop, and implement robust IAM solutions, ensuring the security and effectiveness of identity and access management practices across our enterprise
• Enhance organizational security posture by implementing zero-trust identity models
  • Streamline user access management and reduce potential security risks
  • Improve operational efficiency through automated identity lifecycle management
  • Enable digital transformation by creating flexible, scalable identity solutions
• Reduce identity-related security incidents through proactive architectural design
• Lead architecture and design of enterprise IAM solutions including SailPoint Identity Now, Okta, and Delinea.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical IAM solutions.
• Oversee integration efforts, ensuring seamless connectivity across applications, directories, and cloud environments.
• Provide architectural guidance and mentorship to IAM teams, advocating best practices.
• Work with Information Security, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure IAM solutions adhere to company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to strategic IAM roadmap planning, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals.
• Troubleshoot complex IAM issues, collaborating with vendors and internal teams to deliver timely resolutions.

To join our team:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing IGA , PAM and Access Management solutions
• Proven experience in architecture, integration, and implementation of enterprise-level IAM solutions tobuild zero trust identity fabric.
• Bachelor’s in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• High degree of proficiency with Entra ID and Active Directory.
• Knowledge of Exchange Online.
• High degree of proficiency with PowerShell and BeanShell (Java).
• High degree of proficiency with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
• Proficient with SOAP and REST API's, including authentication and authorizations frameworks, request and response management
• Strong knowledge of cloud IAM architectures and federated identity models.
• CISSP certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to mentor technical teams and drive effective architectural decisions.
• Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an asset
