We are looking for a Cybersecurity and IT Program Manager to join our team to support the Financial Information Management - Infrastructure Team.
The Cybersecurity and IT Program Manager will plan, implement, manage, and continuously improve the organization's cybersecurity and IT programs; enforce and maintain cybersecurity policies and procedures across all IT systems and user activities which include internal audits, reviews, and policy enforcement; and to manage enterprise help desk operations.
Your day-to-day work will include:
- Develop, implement, and manage the organization's cybersecurity and IT programs, encompassing all aspects of information security and IT operations.
- Manage the programs and projects derived from cyber and IT initiatives.
- Develop and maintain cybersecurity and IT policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Stay abreast of emerging cybersecurity threats and industry best practices.
- Enforce cybersecurity policies and procedures across all IT systems and user activities.
- Develop and deliver cybersecurity awareness training, information, and resources to users.
- Conduct regular security audits and reviews to ensure compliance.
- Assist the Cybersecurity Lead with investigation and remediation of cybersecurity incidents and breaches.
- Perform validation and verification of personnel access requirements.
- Manage the daily operations of the help desk, ensuring adherence to policy and business rules.
- Provide operational guidance and support to help desk staff.
- Develop and maintain help desk procedures and documentation.
- Identify and implement opportunities for help desk process improvement.
- Report help desk metrics and provide leadership briefings.
- Provide cybersecurity expertise and guidance to other departments and stakeholders.
- Stay current on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Prepare and present reports on assigned programs, projects, and activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned, consistent with the scope of this role. Training / Certifications
- Experience performing the full duties of Program development and management.
- Strong working knowledge of industry-standard security controls such as NIST.
- Experience developing and maintaining documentation, including but not limited to requirements, plans, policies, procedures, briefings, and reports.
- Other duties as assigned.
At a minimum you should have:
- US Citizenship and an active SECRET security clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in a non-STEM field.
- 10-15 years' relevant experience.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to coordinate, prioritize multiple tasks, and quickly adapt to changes.
- Ability to brief large audiences which include all ASA FM&C personnel, leaders, and executive staff.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively with teams.
- Responsible and capable of working with minimal supervision to effectively achieve the goals stated above, but also to work well with others.

Estimated Salary Range: $140,000-$180,000
The provided salary range serves as a broad reference. However, Intrepid takes various factors into account when establishing base salary offers, including the position's scope and responsibilities, as well as the candidate's experience, education, skills, and prevailing market conditions.
