We have an exciting opportunity at nbn, as Manager DevSecOps – Reporting, Insights & Enablement role reporting to the Executive Manager DevSecOps Reporting Insights and Enablement
A bit about your role
With extensive experience in reporting and analytics platforms like Tableau, Alteryx, and Power BI, you will excel in platform administration, optimization, and user enablement.
A proven track record in managing vendor relationships and enterprise tools within a federated self-serve reporting model with a strong grasp of DevSecOps principles enhances the ability to drive standardization, governance, and culture change. You are adept at developing self-serve enablement policies and possess excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, translating technical details into business value, whilst having a passion for continuous improvement, user empowerment, and data literacy uplift is evident across the enterprise.
A bit about you
You should have a Bachelor’s Degree in computer science; or a related field, or equivalent experience. With extensive experience in ICT and at experienced in telecommunications sector, you can effectively address data challenges and translate business needs into technical solutions.
You excel in data modelling, designing efficient data structures, and subsequently building and testing data warehouse solutions. You will maintain and enhance the data warehouse frameworks used for ELT processes by leveraging SQL, PySpark, and Python. You are proficient in AWS technologies such as S3, EMR, EKS, and Glue, and have working knowledge of CI/CD frameworks like Jenkins, Terraform, and Git.
Experience with Scrum or agile practices is preferred, as is leading significant data projects. You can make data warehouse design decisions and manage delivery dates, escalating issues when necessary.
