The Organization
In Global Supply Chain Management, we ensure smooth and efficient logistics processes. To ensure a steady flow of goods for our customers, we monitor our potential for improvement and continuously optimize our processes.
Our cross-functional "Engineering & Innovation" team drives innovative ideas and concepts for optimizing processes and procedures, implements operational excellence principles, and is responsible for selecting innovative technologies and solutions that improve business operations in the area of operational logistics. With a lot of creativity, commitment, and fun, we have set ourselves the goal of creating sustainable added value for customer supply. What you can expect:
You will implement the defined IT cybersecurity strategy in collaboration with the cybersecurity architect and the business and service functions
You will support the further development of the cybersecurity strategy and associated processes and coordinate these with relevant stakeholders
You will also work closely with the global and local security teams, implementing the global strategies specifically in the specific local OT systems
You will conduct risk analyses for our logistics systems and implement the appropriate measures to identify and resolve potential security vulnerabilities
You will also conduct technical design reviews, integration, testing, and documentation activities related to new IT and OT systems
You will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal Roche guidelines regarding occupational safety, quality assurance, environmental protection, and cybersecurity. You will also implement strategies to promote sustainable logistics processes, represent the department in relevant audits, and coordinate the processing of findings
Optimization measures and improvement potential, especially regarding technical innovations to ensure cybersecurity and the coordination of their introduction are also part of your range of tasks
Your Profile
You have a degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Automation Engineering. You also have several years of experience in systems and/or network administration
You have international project management skills and experience in firewall configuration, network segmentation, antivirus protection, and intrusion detection systems
We expect solid knowledge of OT infrastructure levels (0-3) such as PLCs, IKP, SCADA, etc., and the protocols used, such as Modbus, Profibus, OPC, and OPC UA. Knowledge of logistics or modern logistics concepts and IT skills (especially WMS systems, SAP ERP) are also required
You have the ability to understand complex problems, analyze them methodically, and implement solutions
Knowledge of conducting penetration tests in a production environment and security-related certifications, such as "Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)," are desirable
Experience in a regulated GxP environment is an advantage
