Summary:

Delinea’s Cybersecurity organization is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Cybersecurity Program Management Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of cybersecurity programs and initiatives. This role will be responsible for establishing and leading the Cybersecurity Program Management function and will play a critical part in ensuring the timely and effective implementation of security initiatives and aligning cybersecurity efforts with organizational goals.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in cybersecurity, project management, and leadership, with a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional leaders and manage complex, large-scale programs.

This role reports directly to the CISO and is fully remote.

What You'll Do:

·         Establish and lead a team of cybersecurity professionals, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes continuous learning, innovation, and excellence.

·         Lead the development, execution, and monitoring of cybersecurity programs and projects across multiple domains, ensuring alignment with business objectives and risk management strategies.

·         Oversee the planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

·         Collaborate with Cybersecurity and other internal teams, including IT, legal, product, and operations, to ensure cybersecurity initiatives meet regulatory, industry, and security standards.

·         Identify, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for cybersecurity programs, providing regular updates to senior leadership.

·         Act as the primary point of contact for all cybersecurity program-related inquiries, escalating issues as needed to senior leadership and external stakeholders.

·         Drive continuous improvement efforts within cybersecurity processes, incorporating best practices and lessons learned from past projects.

·         Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to executives, stakeholders, and auditors on the status and effectiveness of cybersecurity programs.

What You'll Need:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

·         7+ years of experience in Program or Project Management, with a preference for cybersecurity-related experience, and a minimum of 3 years in direct people management experience.

·         Proven experience in managing large, complex cybersecurity or technology programs with cross-functional teams.

·         Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

·         Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP, etc.).

·         Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and tactically.

·         Strong analytical skills with the ability to prioritize, manage competing demands, and meet deadlines.

We'd Love to See:

·         Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management principles, and industry standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS, GDPR).

·         Cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, or similar).

·         PMP certification highly desired.

·         Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
