Dealing Support Analyst

Your role in the Team's success 

You will join the central Technology and Operational Risk team, engaging in daily activities related to fostering information security and data protection risk culture and awareness, helping manage operational risks, supporting information security and data protection policy implementation, and governance tasks. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with senior stakeholders across the globe, helping you to understand operational risk model and risk management principles, modern technologies and IT processes.

What you’ll do

• Providing oversight and assurance over first-line information security, data protection, and data governance activities

• Assess existing control environment through walkthroughs and testing

• Recommend improvements to strengthen security and data protection controls

• Monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and organizational policies

• Reviewing incidents and events to identify patterns requiring attention in both security and data management

• Supporting Information System Security Policy and Data Governance Policy reviews to ensure currency

• Providing guidance on information security, data protection, and data governance matters

• Supporting the preparation Committees documentation and reporting 

What you'll need for this role

• Strong understanding of Cyber Security, Information Security, and Data Protection domains

• At minimum 3 years in the role in global financial organization

• Knowledge of Information Security frameworks and standards

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

• Effective senior stakeholder communication skills

• Certifications in Information Security and Data Governance preferred.
