About the job you’re considering
This is an opportunity to work on a ADM engagement for a client who is a 2nd largest staffing company in the USA. The job requires your expertise in Paybill solution that is typically used in staffing domain. You will be working closely with business users and IT experts to support Oracle fusion landscape comprising of Oracle Cloud HCM, Finance, PPM modules, 100+ integrations and complex PaaS extensions. The job offers opportunity to show your expertise in bringing efficiencies in business as well as IT processes.
Your role
- Delivering Oracle Cloud Applications Security & Controls implementations and Risk Management Cloud (RMC) modules
- Design, configuration, testing, deployment, training, and release management of Security and controls.
- Work closely with the client to analyze business requirements and design end-to-end solutions using Oracle Financials Cloud
- Serve as liaison between Capgemini and client teams to drive security solution design specs
Your skills and experience
- Strong Aerospace and Defense or Industrial Complex manufacturing experience required.
- 5+ years of experience with implementing Oracle Cloud Financials / HCM Security & Controls.
- Full life cycle implementations including Design, Configure Test and Deploy phase. • Experience in design implementation, testing and deploying of Business process controls, automated controls, and IT controls.
- Strong experience in implementing out-of-the-box HDL tool, and application package migration tools.
- Strong understanding and implementation of segregation of duty frameworks and associated mitigating controls and SOD tools.
- Experience in implementing RMC modules, including Advanced Access Controls (AAC), Advanced Financials Controls (AFC) and Financial Reporting Controls (FRC).
