We are hiring qualified personnel to provide specialized managed security services and/or personnel to our customers.

The Role:

We are seeking experienced Microsoft 365 security experts to manage and enhance the security of customers' cloud environments. The ideal candidate will specialize in Microsoft 365 administrative and security configuration. This role is pivotal in maintaining and improving our organizations Microsoft 365 cloud security posture to protect against evolving cyber threats.

About the Job:

In this role, you will be responsible for the configuration, management, and enhancement of security measures for our Microsoft 365 environment. You should possess deep technical knowledge of Azure security tools including Entra ID, Intune, Privileged Identity, Purview, Teams, Exchange, Sharepoint, Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Cloud Apps, and Defender for Office, Sentinel. The candidate will assess current security measures and recommend enhancements, implement security best practices, and respond to security incidents within the Azure tenant. Experience with cloud security frameworks, compliance requirements, and threat modeling specific to Microsoft 365 is essential.

Operational Activities:

Continuously monitor and analyze the security of M365 components, identifying potential vulnerabilities and implementing corrective measures on impacted systems.

Develop and maintain security policies and procedures for M365 cloud services.

Conduct regular security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure secure deployment of applications within the M365 environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage and configure the entire M365 Cloud suite to ensure optimal security posture.

Implement and maintain identity governance, access controls, endpoint security polices, email anti-phishing configurations, sharing and DLP policies.

Integrate with the SOC team managing Microsoft Sentinel.

Ensure integration and alignment within the DevOps CI/CD pipeline when implemented.

Provide expert guidance on M365 cloud security best practices to IT and development teams.

Stay current with the latest security threats, technologies regarding M365 and Azure security enhancements.

Education:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.

Qualification and Skills:

Required previous experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 2 years focused on Microsoft M365 Cloud security.

Certifications: Must possess relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate. Technical certifications are a plus.

Strong understanding of cloud computing and security principles, including experience with M365 and Azure security services and features.

Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation of security tasks.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically about security.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex security issues to non-technical stakeholders.
