Job Description

• Design and implement the organization's endpoint security protection platform.
• Troubleshoot endpoint security software issues in collaboration with the IT team, serving as a third-tier escalation point for complex problems. Provide first-tier support for the President and senior executives.
• Maintain and optimize the endpoint security platform, ensuring its effective implementation, configuration, and protection. Key responsibilities include managing MDM/MAM, anti-malware, and the DLP platform, along with policy configuration for all SaaS and PaaS solutions utilized by the bank. Additionally, oversee endpoint encryption (full disk, file & folder encryption), anti-spam protection, client web security access, CASB, SASE, and other critical endpoint security functions to safeguard organizational assets and ensure compliance with security standards.
• Act as a subject matter expert in endpoint security, supporting business units, teams, and executives by providing technical knowledge to establish and update security standards as technologies evolve.
• Develop prototype configurations and installation guidelines for endpoint security controls.
• Assist in regulatory compliance, leveraging endpoint security software to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to security policies.
• Collaborate with the IT Security team to create and review endpoint-related policies, including:
  • End-User Computing Security Policy, Endpoint Security Standard
  • BYOD Policy/ Standard
  • Data Loss Prevention Policy/ Standard

Qualification:                                                                                

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Cybersecurity.
• At least 5 years of experience in Endpoint Security, Maintain and optimize the endpoint security platform
• Proven experience in endpoint solution design, implementation, and support for Windows, macOS, iOS, iPadOS, and Android environments, utilizing desktop management tools.
• Strong technical knowledge of endpoint hardware and software, security protocols, and best practices on Windows, macOS, iOS, iPadOS, and Android platforms, with proficiency in desktop management tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
• Proactively supports all users, with a strong service orientation and specialized attention to the Board of Directors and Executive
